Question 1

Where is Oluxy Wear located in Kigali, Rwanda?

Accepted Answer

Oluxy Wear is at GF Plaza in Kigali's Central Business District, opposite City Tower. The boutique is open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, and you can reach us on WhatsApp at +250 784 475 572.

Question 2

Which eyewear brands do you carry?

Accepted Answer

We carry designer eyewear including Ray-Ban, Gucci, Prada, Tom Ford, Dior, Versace and Cartier. Stock changes as pieces arrive and sell, so the collections page is always the current list.

Question 3

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver across Kigali and to the rest of the country. Tell us where you are on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — delivery is paid to the rider when your order arrives.

Question 4

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You can pay on delivery, so you only pay once the frames are in your hands. You can also pay in the boutique if you prefer to try them on first.

Question 5

Can I exchange a pair after buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you have 2 days to exchange, in person at the boutique. Bring them back as you received them and we will swap them for another pair.

Question 6

Can I try frames on before buying?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Come to GF Plaza and try on anything in the boutique. Many people choose a shape in person and then order a second pair online later.
